It has come to our attention that there are still unscrupulous person/s with the modus operandi of altering and convincing industries to “purchase” National Certificates (NC) instead of taking or undergoing the process of actual competency assessment. Some of the entries of these “NCs for Sale” are dubious and are feared to be FAKE.
TESDA warns the public that this act/practice is a violation of TESDA’s policy on competency assessment and certification for Technical Vocational Graduates and industry workers and is punishable by the law, once involved person/s is found guilty.
The National Certificates (NCs) are not for SALE. They are issued to individuals who have demonstrated competence through the conduct of National Competency Assessment and Certification process.
